We are a growing insurance agency and are looking to add to our sales team. No prior sales experience is required.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Insurance Service Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting with insurance-related inquiries, policy changes, and claim processing. This is a full-time position with great benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more. We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and is extremely detailed. Our focus is customer service. We have over 1100 5 star Google reviews because of this!

We offer great training and a great support system. Pay is base + bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person.
  • Assist clients with insurance-related inquiries, policy changes, and claim processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members and insurance carriers to resolve client issues and provide solutions.
  • Educate clients on insurance coverage and policy options.
  • Prepare and process insurance applications, endorsements, and other related documents.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Keep up-to-date with insurance products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in insurance customer service or related field is a bonus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask, run numerous programs and navigate websites efficiently is a must.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain necessary insurance licenses.
